Thailand NPS PP9 Co., Ltd. 1x384t/h Biomass Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

The 1×384t/h high-temperature ultra-high pressure biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler with reheating for Thailand NPS PP9 Co., Ltd. is a pure biomass combustion boiler. The fuel is wood chips, bark, and rice bran from Thailand. The boiler adopts a double flue arrangement. To prevent CI corrosion from biomass fuel, the superheater and reheater use TP347H stainless steel material, and Ni-Cr based thermal spraying is applied on the outer surface of the tubes. The 1×384t/h biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler of Thailand NPS PP9 Co., Ltd. won: the 2012 National Ministry of Science and Technology Torch Program Industrial Demonstration Project, the 2013 National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Major Technical Equipment Key Project, and passed the new product appraisal of Heilongjiang Provincial Industry and Information Technology Commission in 2014. The conclusion was "This product uses renewable energy, complies with national energy conservation and environmental protection industrial policies, has good economic benefits and significant social benefits, fills the domestic gap, and reaches the international advanced level overall", and won the first prize of Heilongjiang Province's 2014 first set of products.
