To improve the single-face output of the working face, facilitate roadway layout, reduce roadway excavation rate, reduce the number of working face relocations, simplify the production system, reduce auxiliary time such as coal shearer oblique cutting entry during working face recovery, improve the production efficiency of modern coal mines, reduce mine resource loss, and realize high-yield and high-efficiency working faces, a scraper conveyor with a transportation capacity of 3000t/h has been developed. It is used in conjunction with SZZ1350/700 (1200) transfer machine and PLM4500 (5000) crusher to meet the production needs of ten-million-ton annual output for a single working face in domestic (2-3)m coal seams. According to the working face length requirements, the scraper conveyor can be configured with power 3×2000kW and 7000kW, with a maximum laying length of 550m.

Technical Features
- Aiming at problems such as reduced transportation capacity, difficult loaded start, frequent chain breakage faults, and short service life of key components caused by increased transportation distance of ultra-long working face scraper conveyor equipment, technical bottlenecks such as dynamic management of chain pre-tension, time-phased coordinated control of multi-motor drive power, precise speed regulation, and friction reduction and resistance reduction of scraper components have been overcome.
- A neuron algorithm control model with self-learning, self-diagnosis, and self-adaptive characteristics has been developed. Relying on coal quantity scanning devices distributed on the equipment, real-time identification of transported coal quantity is carried out, intelligent speed regulation is performed, and the torque and speed of the motor are precisely controlled to realize functions such as speed regulation and interlock protection, achieving the purpose of advance prediction and precise speed regulation.
- The equipment is equipped with a scraper conveyor equipment service cloud. It uses the working condition operation monitoring system to receive data from sensors such as equipment temperature, pressure, flow, oil quality, and chain breakage, summarizes various operating states of the equipment, and stores, analyzes, and mines the data. Combined with historical data from the data center, it finally forms an equipment health status analysis report, providing users with fault pre-disposal opinions and equipment maintenance suggestions.
Application Performance
Ultra-long working face complete intelligent conveyor equipment has been supplied to multiple users in Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, and Shandong mining areas. During the underground application of the first set of equipment, it achieved excellent results with a maximum daily output of 52,000 tons, creating a record of 1.2 million tons of monthly transportation, marking that the ultra-long working face intelligent complete conveyor equipment has the production capacity of 13 million tons per year for medium-thick coal seams.
