Aiming at the one-time full height mining working face of (8~10) meter ultra-thick coal seams, considering the needs of modern mine construction and long-term future development, in-depth research has been carried out in terms of equipment reliability, automation, intelligence, etc. The developed ultra-large mining height scraper conveyor equipment has the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, and intelligence, providing strong technical and equipment support for intensive, safe, efficient, and green mining in ten-million-ton ultra-large modern coal mines.
Technical Features:
- Conveying capacity greater than 8000 tons/hour, installed power 3×1600 (2000) kW, configured with 60×181/197 mm specification variable pitch chain.
- Based on the equal life principle, a new 2400 mm trough length middle trough has been developed, configured with 201 mm large pitch new high-strength pin rail.
- A large stroke automatic telescopic tail has been developed, adopting a low-height structural design to realize efficient automatic adjustment of chain tension under high power and long transportation distance, effectively reducing wear and improving overall operating efficiency.
- Configured with a global perception system and data analysis system based on multi-information fusion technology to comprehensively collect and analyze the operating conditions of the equipment.
