Aiming at problems such as blockages, shutdowns, and safety hazards caused by large lump coal easily generated in large mining height and fully mechanized caving working faces, different types of large lump coal pre-crushing devices have been developed. According to different coal mining processes and production needs, they are installed at different positions of the working face conveying equipment (transfer machine inlet, conveyor transition trough or head), pre-crushing large lump coal to effectively improve production efficiency and reduce safety risks.
Technical Features:
◆ Cantilever hammer-type pre-crushing device, the crushing operation area can be flexibly adjusted according to the size, shape, and position distribution of coal blocks, with strong adaptability. Prismatic axe-type crushing teeth change traditional extrusion (knocking) crushing into chopping crushing, with strong crushing capacity and good crushing effect.
◆ Rocker-type hydraulic impact pre-crushing device drives the oil cylinder and bottom rotary mechanism through the hydraulic system, moves the impact crushing hammer to the large lump coal for crushing operation, with a large operation range, and can effectively crush low-height long-strip coal.
◆ Cutting-type pre-crushing device can flexibly adjust the height of the crushing drum to realize cutting and crushing of coal blocks of different heights.
◆ All types of pre-crushing devices can realize near and remote control operation, with compact structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, and easy operation and maintenance.
