Distribution Box (JP Cabinet)

The JP series outdoor comprehensive distribution box integrates multiple functions such as metering, outgoing line and reactive power compensation into one outdoor comprehensive power distribution device. It has functions such as short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and residual current protection. With small volume, beautiful appearance and economic practicality, it is installed on the pole of the outdoor pole-mounted transformer. It is a new generation of ideal power distribution products for urban and rural power grid renovation.

The box structure is divided into vertical and horizontal types. The enclosure is bent from 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate through multiple folding processes (or adopts honeycomb structure stainless steel double sandwich composite plate, with flame retardant, environmental protection, heat insulation and anti-condensation properties). Special stainless steel welding process is adopted. After the box body is formed, the overall strength is high, the surface is as smooth as a mirror, and no weld marks are left; the internal mounting beams (plates) are treated with hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure no rust for twenty years; the box body opens doors at the front and rear for convenient user operation and maintenance. High-elasticity aging-resistant sealing rubber strips are inlaid around the doors. Each door is equipped with both open and concealed door locks, and the open lock is equipped with a rainproof cover that prevents blockage and rust; the metering compartment is fully enclosed with a lead seal device; the side of the box body is equipped with rainproof and foreign object-proof incoming cable conduits, the bottom is punched with ventilation holes and cable outgoing holes, and the top is provided with ventilation ducts and wire mesh, with functions of waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and foreign object-proof. Protection degree: IP54.
