Performance Features
Driven by the driving shaft, the charging cylinder performs compound motions such as translation, rotation and tumbling repeatedly, prompting the materials to perform three-dimensional compound motions along the cylinder, thereby realizing mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation and doping of various materials to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.
Applicable Materials
◎ The mixing cylinder of this machine moves in multiple directions. The materials have no centrifugal force action, no specific gravity segregation, stratification or accumulation phenomena. Each component can have a disparate weight ratio, with high mixing rate. It is currently a more ideal product among various mixers.
◎ The cylinder loading rate is large, up to 90% (ordinary mixers are only 50%), with high efficiency and short mixing time.
◎ All parts of the cylinder are arc transitions, treated with precision polishing.
◎ Used for high-uniformity mixing of powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and various scientific research units.
