Product Overview

This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. According to process requirements, the pressure, flow rate of the feed liquid pump and the size of the spray hole can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles in a certain size proportion.

The working process of this unit is that the feed liquid is input under high pressure through the diaphragm pump, sprayed into mist droplets, and then descends in co-current with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected from the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. Exhaust gas and its fine powder are separated by the cyclone separator. Exhaust gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and powder is collected by the powder receiving cylinder set at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of more than 96-98%.

The materials of the tower body, pipelines and separators in contact with materials in this unit are all made of SUS304. There is a sufficient moisture-retaining layer between the interior and exterior of the tower body, filled with ultra-fine glass wool. The tower body is equipped with observation doors, sight glasses, light sources and control instruments, controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.

Product Features

1. Fast drying speed. After the feed liquid is atomized, the surface area is greatly increased. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only needs more than ten seconds to dozens of seconds. It is particularly suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.

2. All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high product purity and good quality.

3. Wide application range. According to the characteristics of the materials, hot air can be used for drying, or cold air can be used for granulation, with strong adaptability to materials.

4. Simple and stable operation, convenient control, easy to realize automated operation.

Selection: Requires processing fluid extract amount I=120kg (solid content 30%) per batch, seed amount II=60kg. From I and II, the theoretical finished product amount M=mI+mII=120kgx30%+60kg=96kg can be obtained. Working time T=120kg/30kg/h=4h. In the technical parameter column, the fluidization amount can be found to be within the standard load range. Therefore, completing two batches per shift, selecting the PGL-30 model is more appropriate.
