Sealing System: Seals from internationally renowned brands such as TRELLEBORG, NOK, Hallite, and Parker are selected, with a sealing structure designed to match the working conditions, effectively preventing piston rod oil carry-over and dry friction. Through years of verification, it meets the requirements of various industries, including construction machinery, transportation, marine, hoisting machinery, and mining machinery.
Cylinder Barrel: Based on the working pressure, appropriate materials are selected, combined with a roller burnishing process, to ensure good roughness, straightness, and surface hardness of the bore, allowing the barrel to be thinner and lighter while meeting strength requirements.
Piston Rod: Made of high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy steel, processed through quenching and tempering, medium-frequency hardening, grinding, and polishing to ensure the strength, straightness, and roughness of the rod. The Atotech high-efficiency hard chrome plating process is adopted to ensure the hardness and micro-crack count of the chrome layer, thereby enhancing the wear and corrosion resistance life of the piston rod.
Cushioning Function: A cushioning structure can be added as needed to effectively reduce the impact of the piston on the cylinder bottom and cylinder head, extending the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
