Built-in flow control valve: The inlet section is equipped with a flow control valve to provide a stable flow rate for the steering system.
Built-in check valve: Each directional control section has a built-in check valve to prevent oil backflow.
Spool self-locking: Prevents vibration of the forklift mast that may be caused by negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder, and locks the tilt cylinder when the engine stalls to avoid accidental movement causing the forklift mast to tilt forward, which could pose a safety hazard.
Dual safety valves: The main safety valve controls system pressure, and the priority flow divider safety valve ensures normal working pressure for the steering system.
Additional valves: Overload valves or makeup valves can be added at both ends of the directional control sections as required.
Valve body structure: Sectional design, allowing any combination of 1 to 10 sections.
Spool center positions: A, Z, O, Y, etc.
