        Applied to the Sanya Tram 59R2 Rail No. 6 Series Turnout, this project successfully developed a well-shaped (grid-pattern) straight-and-curved crossing turnout for grooved rails, filling a domestic gap in the tram sector. It broke through the bottleneck of relying on imports for well-shaped turnouts, effectively overcoming technical pain points in traditional processes such as unstable welding quality, low operational efficiency, and insufficient joint strength, providing a demonstrative solution for the localization of core equipment in urban rail transit.
