This project is a key project of China-Kazakhstan joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and is the first fully automated driverless light rail line in Central Asia. With a total length of approximately 22.4 kilometers and 18 stations, it connects the airport, railway station, and core urban areas, and was officially opened for operation in May 2026.
This 60kg/m rail No. 9 single turnout is adapted to the line standards, featuring a robust structure and smooth switching, capable of withstanding the local extreme cold climate and meeting the high-density, high-safety operational requirements of the light rail, ensuring the safe and stable operation of this benchmark rail transit line in Central Asia.
