Urumqi 60 kg/m Rail No. 9 Wide-Gauge Turnout

        Based on the "Key Technology Research on Seamless Lines with Wide Gauge (1520mm Track Gauge)" conducted by Urumqi Group Co., Ltd., the existing 50 kg/m rail No. 9 wide-gauge turnout was upgraded, and a 60 kg/m rail No. 9 wide-gauge turnout was designed and developed. The new turnout effectively resolves issues such as poor geometric dimension retention, short service life of components, and heavy maintenance workload associated with the original turnout, significantly enhancing product performance. The product has completed preliminary trial production review, and its on-track trial use has yielded favorable results, filling the domestic gap in 60 kg/m wide-gauge turnout technology and providing strong support for the upgrade of railway products at port stations.
