Product Introduction

This project is the first large-scale infrastructure initiative in Colombia following its accession to the Belt and Road Initiative, and also the country's first modern fully electric regional tram line. The line spans 39.6 kilometers with 17 stations, connecting the capital Bogotá with several towns in the Cundinamarca Department. It is expected to commence operations in October 2027, serving over 130,000 passengers daily and significantly reducing regional commuting times.

This No. 3 combination turnout for 54E1 rails is adapted to the line's rail profile and low-floor tram operating standards, featuring a compact structure and flexible switching, capable of meeting the demands of high-density commuting and multi-line intersections. The product is fully suited to local line conditions, ensuring smooth operation, safety, and reliability, contributing to the efficient operation of this green electrified line and promoting the upgrade of local public transportation and coordinated regional economic development.
