Flexible Definition of Charge Items: Supports user-defined configuration and extension of charge items to meet personalized business needs. Examples include: freight charges, branch delivery fees, loading/unloading fees, site rental fees, expedited service fees, fuel subsidies, etc.
Billing Rules: Based on Wisetech's proprietary rule engine, billing rules can be defined with zero coding. It supports the configuration of highly complex special rules, allowing technology to serve business needs rather than forcing customers to use limited predefined billing rules. It supports rate version management to accommodate customers' periodic or ad-hoc price adjustment requirements.
Fully Automated Billing: Supports automatic end-of-day fee calculation or one-click automatic fee calculation by users. Supports fee estimation and automatic release of settleable fees. Integrates with TMS and OMS to provide real-time billing services, enabling scheduling and order allocation processes based on accurate, real-time costs.
Temporary/Special Fees: Supports temporary/special fee management on the business side; supports temporary/special fee adjustments on the finance side. Final fees and invoices are managed according to the mechanism of Finance Adjustment > Business Adjustment > Automated Billing Rules. Provides management reports analyzing the proportion of temporary/special fees. Offers comprehensive logs to track these special adjusted fees.
Personalized/Excel-like Invoice Formats: Invoice formats can be customized for different settlement parties and different business types. The electronic invoice format output by BMS closely resembles traditional Excel invoice formats, reducing resistance during system rollout and migration.
Red Reversal/Blue Supplement: Provides a comprehensive red reversal/blue supplement mechanism. When billed fees have already been included in an invoice and financial settlement has been initiated, any subsequent adjustments or modifications to fees (both automatic and manual) are recorded using the red reversal/blue supplement method, ensuring financial compliance.
Online Reconciliation: Provides online reconciliation functionality. A party using the BMS automated billing platform can open online reconciliation to its settlement counterpart. Verified and correct charge items proceed to the settlement and payment process. Items with discrepancies or differences can be separated for further communication, and after consensus is reached, they can be settled in subsequent invoices.
