Student status management is an important part of the daily work of schools and education administration departments, and also a component of the basic education management system. With the rapid development of information technology, informatization of student status management has become a development trend. In recent years, reforms in China's basic education sector have also placed higher demands on the informatization of student status management. Building an informatized student status management system is a foundational task for improving education management, an effective approach to strengthening and standardizing student status management, an urgent need for student status management in the new era, and an important part of education supervision work at all levels of government.

The Student Records Management Information System (SRMIS) is designed for use by administrative institutions at all levels, various schools, and other units. It can be physically deployed by hierarchy and resources can be configured according to expansion needs.
