The insulated hook crane is suitable for factories smelting aluminum, magnesium, and other electrolytic non-ferrous metal equipment. This crane consists of four parts: a box-type bridge frame, a trolley, and electrical equipment. To prevent, during operation, current from live equipment possibly passing through the lifted component to the crane and endangering the operator's life and equipment safety, several insulation devices are installed at appropriate locations on the crane.
This crane is designed for heavy-duty working conditions. To ensure lifting safety, the hoisting mechanism is equipped with dual brakes.
All mechanisms are controlled from the operator's cab.
