The BD type explosion-proof electric single-girder overhead crane is a light-duty small crane operating on rails. It is used in conjunction with an explosion-proof electric hoist and adopts explosion-proof motors. Its lifting capacity is 1–10 t, and its span is 7.5–22.5 m. Its working duty is (JC=25%), and it is suitable for environments from -20 to +40°C.
This crane is suitable for workshops where explosive mixtures formed by specified combustible gases, vapors, and air are present. The explosion-proof hoist performs linear reciprocating motion along the main girder, ensuring sufficient safety.
This product has two control modes: ground control and cabin control.
