Pulverized Coal Burner:
The pulverized coal burner produced by our company is improved based on the working principle of the swirl-type pulverized coal burner dedicated by the U.S. Department of Energy, combined with the actual technical requirements of industrial furnaces (industrial boilers). It features low manufacturing cost and convenient operation, and is suitable for processes without oil or gas fuel and for projects that use coal instead of oil or gas for combustion while ensuring clean and environmentally friendly operation.
Performance Features:
1. The fuel distribution at the outlet of the pulverized coal burner is uniform, and the air distribution is reasonable. The mixing point of secondary air and primary air is appropriate to ensure timely ignition and intense combustion.
2. A well-organized aerodynamic field is achieved. Adjustment by dedicated mechanisms brings primary air and secondary air to the mixing point. Primary air is generally weakly swirling, while secondary air generates strong swirling flow through a dedicated structure. According to the coal type and operating conditions, part of the secondary air is adjusted from annular swirling flow to annular straight flow, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the flame shape. Therefore, this product adopts a diffusion-type combustion mode and has good adjustment performance, with different adjustment methods for different coal types.
3. It is equipped with a dedicated combustion tunnel for ignition and flame stabilization, which can correct the flame shape and assist the burner in rapidly establishing a main flame that can burn independently and stably.
4. The purpose of the diffusion cone is to adjust the diffusion angle of the flame at the burner outlet, and it is also called the flame stabilizer. Different flame diffusion degrees should be determined according to different coal qualities to achieve balanced flame fullness.
5. The pulverized coal burner can also be made as a dual-fuel burner for natural gas and pulverized coal.
System Composition:
The pulverized coal combustion system consists of a silo, a pulverized coal metering and conveying system, a pulverized coal burner nozzle and combustion-supporting fan, and a control system. Pulverized coal falls from the pulverized coal silo through the discharge pipe, enters the screw feeder through the electric arc valve, and is then fed by the screw feeder into the impact plate flow meter. The flow rate is measured by the impact plate flow meter, and the speed of the screw feeder is adjusted according to the actual required flow rate, thereby achieving normal feeding. After being metered by the flow meter, the pulverized coal enters the feed box of the screw pneumatic conveying pump and is pushed forward by the feeder. The pulverized coal enters the mixing chamber and is gasified by the air at the fan outlet, and is then sent into the conveying pipeline to enter the pulverized coal burner for mixing and combustion in the furnace.
