Dual-fuel (oil/gas) burner:
The oil/gas dual-fuel burner is an energy-saving burner developed for users who need partial oil as a supplement when fuel gas supply is insufficient, or who require oil-gas mixed combustion or intermittent operation. This burner consists of a central oil gun and multiple internal mixing tubes, and can operate on oil alone, gas alone, or oil-gas mixed combustion.
Performance Features:
1. The basic structure of this product consists of multiple internal mixing gas tubes and an oil gun positioned in the center of the combustion chamber. The internal mixing tubes are used not only for mixing gaseous fuel when operating on gas, but also for supplying primary air when operating on oil, thereby simplifying the entire burner into a single oil burner—only requiring connection to a gas source when gas operation is needed.
2. The automatic control system can be designed according to user requirements in various control modes: step-fire, damper-regulated proportional, variable-frequency regulated proportional, touchscreen digital control, industrial computer variable-frequency regulated proportional, etc.
3. Oil types: residual oil, heavy oil, light oil, crude oil; gas types: natural gas, coal gas, and other combustible gases.
4. Optional functions configured per user requirements include flame failure protection, programmed ignition, leak detection, over-temperature and over-pressure protection. In addition to automatic control, manual operation is also available.
5. Arbitrary proportional supplementary regulation between oil and gas can be achieved.
