Regenerative Burner:
High Temperature Air Combustion (HTAC) is a completely new concept in combustion technology that combines flue gas waste heat recovery with combustion and NOx emission reduction technologies, thereby achieving the dual goals of energy savings and NOx emission reduction. The regenerative burner developed by our company consists of two gas lances, two combustion channels, two regenerators, one four-way reversing valve, and related solenoid valves and control systems. It is suitable for the combustion of low-calorific-value fuels such as blast furnace gas, producer gas, and coke oven gas. It has been widely used in reheating furnaces for steel rolling, heat treatment furnaces, ladle dryers, and more.
Performance Features:
1. High thermal efficiency, low fuel consumption, and high waste heat recovery rate. Compared with conventional combustion systems, it offers particularly outstanding energy savings, achieving an energy-saving rate of 30%, and the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced from above 500°C to below 200°C.
2. By organizing oxygen-lean combustion, the flame combustion zone is extended, with the flame boundary almost reaching the furnace chamber boundary, resulting in uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace and a reduction of NOx emissions in flue gas by more than 40%.
3. The furnace chamber temperature is high and is strongly scoured by circulating hot gas, resulting in large heat transfer, fast heating speed, rapid temperature rise, and short drying time.
4. The burner can be equipped with ignition and monitoring devices to achieve fully automatic operation.
5. It is suitable for the combustion of various fuels such as blast furnace gas, producer gas, coke oven gas, and natural gas.
6. It has strong adaptability and can be used in industrial furnaces, kilns, and boilers with various process requirements.
7. Burners of various specifications and for different fuels can be designed and manufactured according to different customer requirements.
