Scope of Application: Used for pellet shaft furnaces and pellet drying furnaces
Performance Features:
1. The burner is available in two structural types: the traditional annular-peak swirl type and the new multi-head internal mixing type. Both are made of stainless steel and feature light weight, compact structure, stable combustion, long service life, and ease of use.
2. Considering future automation upgrades by users, the pellet shaft furnace burner is designed with reserved holes for automatic ignition. Users can add an automatic ignition system and flame monitor as needed without replacing the burner. After installing the ignition oil gun, igniter, and oil supply system, the automatic ignition function can be completed, greatly improving the operational management level of the pellet shaft furnace.
