Producer Gas Burner:
Producer gas is produced by burning coal in a gas producer while restricting the air at the bottom of the furnace so that the coal cannot burn completely, thereby generating a large amount of carbon monoxide. Its main components are carbon monoxide, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc. This gas is classified into hot gas and cold gas. Based on the characteristics of this gas, our company has developed a dedicated producer gas burner, which ensures thorough mixing and combustion of fuel and air, imposes no requirements on gas pressure, achieves fuel conversion, and meets the requirements of industrial users in steel, ceramics, glass, non-ferrous metal smelting, and other industries.
Performance Features:
1. The product is available in two types: electromechanical integrated and split type, which users can select according to their supporting equipment and site conditions.
2. It can burn clean cold gas, and can also be designed and manufactured as a hot dirty gas burner, with a unique solution for the combustion of hot dirty gas.
3. The automatic control system can be designed in various control modes such as step-fire, damper-adjusted proportional, variable-frequency-adjusted proportional, touchscreen digital control, and industrial computer variable-frequency proportional control, for users to choose freely.
4. Gas and damper are controlled through separate channels, with the air/gas ratio K value set online, accurately controlling the air/gas ratio and preventing errors caused by linkage transmission.
5. Functions such as flame failure protection, programmed ignition, valve leak detection, over-temperature and over-pressure protection can be configured according to user requirements.
6. There is no restriction on fuel pressure, as long as the user specifies it at the time of ordering. Typically, the design pressure for cold gas is 5–8 KPa, and for hot dirty gas is 1.5–2.5 KPa.
