While the maximum rigidity values are required for heavy-duty cutting and multi-processing of components under high processing forces and tolerance requirements (HCX Heavy), the HCX can also be fitted with a dynamic-package. In this process, the cross sections and mass of the coordinate unit and the drive capacity of the motors are reduced. For all applications with lower processing forces, in particular in aluminium- and magnesium cutting, the HCX Dynamic can be used as a better-priced machine combination. HCX 1400 Reduced frame width saves 30% space compared to the HCX 2000 The module concept contains a machine with shorter traverse path in Y-direction (1,400 instead of 2,000 mm). The reduced frame of the HCX 1400 takes up even less space and can thus be more easily integrated into existing production plants or halls. The Control cabinets can be arranged completely variably in all variants. A major German premium manufacturer has already selected the reduced version HCX 1400 Heavy to process its V6 and V8 crank shafts at a Hungarian plant. Modular structure increased flexibility and maintenance friendly The HCX has a modular structural design for adapting the specific machine capacities and costs to the processing requirements. Standard guides, ball screws and axle-servomotors also suit the models HCX 1400 and 2000 and also HCX Dynamic and Heavy designs.
