Wedoany.com Report on Feb 27th, New Holland Construction is actively expanding its D-Series lineup with five new diesel mini-excavator models – the E12D, E19D, E30D, E38D, and E60D, all designed in-house. These new models will join the previously launched E42D and E50D to form New Holland's most extensive mini-excavator offering to date. Additionally, the D-Series will include two electric options, the E15X and E25X, bringing the total number of models in the series to nine.

"The expansion of the D-Series mini-excavators is designed to offer a truly complete lineup to serve a wide range of customers," said Dan Kacarec, Product Marketing Manager for New Holland Construction North America. The D-Series expansion covers three categories – compact, medium, and large – ensuring customers can select the right size for their job while maintaining functional consistency. The E12D and E19D fall into the compact category, ideal for tasks like residential construction and landscaping, with the E19D offering additional features such as a heated cab. The E30D and E38D in the medium category are versatile machines suitable for a variety of tasks, with the E38D balancing power, transportability, and versatility. The E60D, as the large category option, is built for heavy-duty applications, offering enhanced hydraulic performance and premium cab features.
The D-Series mini-excavators come standard with numerous advanced features, such as first and second auxiliary hydraulic circuits, rearview cameras, etc., ensuring operators can work safely and efficiently in confined spaces. With the exception of the E12D, all models offer a cab option for improved comfort and protection. The D-Series also emphasizes attachment versatility, being compatible with a wide range of industry-standard attachments, with some models offering dedicated wood chipper hydraulic lines.
During the design process, operator comfort and serviceability were prioritized. The automotive-style cabs feature an intuitive layout, and all D-Series machines are equipped with a tilting cab or canopy for easy maintenance. Furthermore, the D-Series mini-excavators come standard with a seven-year telematics subscription, allowing owners and fleet managers to monitor machine performance conveniently.
