This forecast is based on the actual production of 288.1 million tons in 2023. 
Expert analysis suggests that changes in production primarily stem from insufficient demand in both domestic and international markets, as well as logistics issues and instability in raw material prices. By the end of 2025, the "Russian Steel" association expects production to reach 3.61 million tons, demonstrating the industry's ability to adapt to the current environment. Total production for 2024 is projected to be 3.52 million tons.
