Zhang Yu, CEO of Zhongke Guosheng, stated: "As a next-generation sustainable material, the core advantage of FURIX™ PEF fiber lies in its inherent multifunctionality—including antibacterial and anti-mite properties, moisture-wicking and quick-drying, UV resistance, and wrinkle resistance and shape retention—without the need for chemical additives. Simultaneously, it demonstrates excellent high dye uptake and dyeability, addressing the issues of performance degradation and microplastic pollution caused by the reliance on additives in traditional fibers."
FURIX™ PEF fiber has a wide range of applications, not only in flexible packaging, resins, and rigid packaging but also as a new material for the textile industry. It can be directly processed on existing PET production lines without equipment modification, offering strong process compatibility. It can also be efficiently blended with natural fibers like wool, cotton, and Tencel, as well as chemical fibers, enriching fabric combinations.
Currently, Zhongke Guosheng has signed strategic agreements with companies such as Jingdu Textile, Shanghai Moli Lin, Xiaoran Technology, Danmao Textile, and Boheng New Fiber. The collaboration covers the entire R&D chain from bio-based monomers to polyester chips, filaments, and staple fibers, extending to high-end fabric applications, forming an innovative ecological closed loop. Cooperation with Boheng New Fiber and Danmao Textile has already achieved full-form coverage of PEF fiber from staple fiber to tops, expanding applications in high-end apparel and home textiles.
The market strategy for FURIX™ PEF fiber focuses on the mid-to-high-end differentiated segments, with a particular emphasis on the wool spinning, high-end business apparel, and sportswear sectors. Zhongke Guosheng is collaborating with domestic and international brands to advance the implementation of finished garments. Concurrently, the company is exploring applications in high-end packaging and bio-based aramid fibers, partnering with companies like Taihe New Materials to promote large-scale adoption.
