This move aims to enhance Siegwerk's competitiveness in India's flexible packaging market, with the combined business expected to hold a market share exceeding 20% in India.

The acquisition will integrate resources from both parties, expanding Siegwerk's production scale in India and adding product lines such as solvent-based and water-based inks, as well as metallic and special effect inks. The combined organization will operate two production sites in India, located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and Vapi, Gujarat, employing approximately 1,700 people to increase production capacity and service responsiveness.
