en.Wedoany.com Reported - UAE developer Azizi Developments recently announced that construction progress on the 14 buildings of Phase One of Azizi Venice, a mixed-use residential district located in Dubai South, has reached 39%. The residential district is arranged around one of the world's largest swimmable lagoons.

Phase One construction of the residential district is advancing rapidly. Building 3 of Azizi Venice leads with a 74% completion rate, while Venice Buildings 1 and 2 have reached 64% and 57% respectively. The progress of Venice Buildings 4, 5, 8, 9, and 13 ranges between 42% and 56%.
Group CEO Farhad Azizi stated: "Azizi Venice is gradually taking shape, becoming one of Dubai's most unique waterfront destinations, blending residential, cultural, and lifestyle elements within a harmonious environment. Construction progress is advancing steadily, with timelines and execution standards strictly controlled."
Upon completion, the residential district will comprise over 100 apartment buildings and more than 109 ultra-luxury villas, totaling over 36,000 residential units. Azizi acts as the master developer for this residential district project, responsible for the construction of buildings, roads, and all infrastructure. Residences are arranged along the lagoon shoreline, which is surrounded by sandy beaches, an 8-kilometer cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a promenade lined with artisanal dining outlets and boutiques.
A major highlight to be created within the residential district is the cultural zone in Dubai South, bringing together facilities such as an opera house, theater, exhibition halls, and a performing arts academy. This cultural zone will integrate arts and culture, serving residents and visitors through a range of events and experiences.
