en.Wedoany.com Reported - Post Business Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of Austrian Post, and DTI Group have announced a deepening of their strategic partnership, integrating the agentic AI platform "COGNAiO" into their document processing service "DAiTA" (Document AI Transformation & Automation). According to the companies, this service thus goes beyond traditional Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. AI agents can understand the context of a transaction, link relevant enterprise knowledge data, and validate and generate decision-ready results within established rules. The entire process is faster, traceable, and humans always remain in the leading role.

The providers state that this upgrade can reduce manual effort for customers, improve data consistency, accelerate processes, and ensure traceability, providing a better foundation for data-driven decisions under complex requirements and strict compliance regulations. George Wallner, Managing Director of Post Business Solutions GmbH, stated that customers do not need data within documents, but reliable decisions that can take immediate effect in processes. Through the deepened partnership, DAiTA has been elevated to a new level. AI agents process specific transactions contextually, performing checks, validations, and preparing the next steps. This helps reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and accelerate processes.

The service scope ranges from highly automated standard processes to complex transactions requiring cross-validation from multiple sources. For example, incoming invoices can be automatically captured, compared with master data, and prepared to a fully bookable state. With the agentic system COGNAiO, processing has transcended mere recognition. In the case of motor vehicle insurance claims, for instance, the AI agent allocates claim reports, photos, and cost estimates to the correct case, checks the plausibility of listed repair items against damage shown in images, and compares the information with reference data. Similar principles apply to mortgage processing or KYC procedures. For ESG reporting, DAiTA can identify key indicators from documents, correlate CO2 data, and generate reports based on defined standards. Multi-level approval processes, such as expense approvals, can also be implemented.
