LEO flow now handles most of the tasks in the production process that previously required manual work. Each production machine is equipped with one LEO flow transport vehicle to meet the cycle time requirement of four minutes per machine, ensuring precision and process reliability in material flow. The unmanned logistics system waits next to the machine until a carton is filled with produced paper sleeves and cores. The system then automatically transports the filled carton to the conveyor technology of the palletizer; afterward, it moves to the empty carton buffer, retrieves a new empty carton, and delivers it to the production machine for the next filling cycle.
