en.Wedoany.com Reported - IVEX (CEO Seong Min-su), an industrial physics AI company, has relocated and expanded its technology center to Gunpo, which officially opened recently. This expansion aims to combine AI model capabilities with mechatronics-based hardware capabilities to build a complete physical AI system that can be deployed in industrial sites, as part of its technology upgrade.

The Gunpo Technology Center is approximately three times the size of the former Suwon Technology Center, housing major technical teams including equipment manufacturing, field engineering, material procurement, optics, mechatronics, and electrical and electronics.
IVEX plans to leverage this technology center as a core hub to strengthen testing and validation capabilities for AI vision inspection and AI robot systems, as well as end-to-end integration capabilities from equipment design and manufacturing to field application, accelerating the intelligence and automation of industrial sites. IVEX CEO Seong Min-su stated that physical AI requires not only model performance but also hardware and execution technologies usable in real-world environments. Through the expansion of the technology center, IVEX will further solidify its competitiveness in the industrial physical AI platform that combines AI and hardware.
Meanwhile, IVEX offers a series of software platform products covering core areas of industrial physical AI, including AI Vision (AIVision), AI Robot (AIVot), AI Operations (AIVOps), and AI Data (AIVData).
