en.Wedoany.com Reported - Xinje Electric recently highlighted its product portfolio and industry solutions tailored for high-end manufacturing and high-density production line applications at an industrial automation exhibition held in South China. During the event, Xinje observed that its product forms—characterized by high density, high integration, easy deployment, and strong stability—closely align with the actual needs of South China's manufacturing upgrade and high-density production line transformation, validating the adaptability and foresight of its "stability first, performance-oriented, adaptability-focused" product strategy.
On the control front, the exhibition featured the XM series large and medium-sized PLCs, I²C series industrial controllers, and remote IO series (including LUC3 integrated and XF blade types). Among these, the XM series is designed for large-scale equipment and whole-line control, suitable for industries such as lithium battery equipment and packaging machinery. The I²C series and remote IO series facilitate production line upgrades in sectors like photovoltaics, lithium batteries, automotive, and 3C electronics.

In human-machine interaction, the TS2/TS3 high-definition touchscreens and TS5D large-screen HMI were showcased. These products feature high-definition displays, fast response, and multilingual compatibility, adapting to high-frequency line changeover scenarios in industries like packaging and printing. They meet the needs for equipment monitoring, data visualization, and remote maintenance, enabling full-process visual control of production.

On the drive and execution side, Xinje launched the DS6 series high-performance servo drives, DM6C series multi-axis servo drives, iMF5N series low-voltage servo integrated motors, and MS6 series explosion-proof permanent magnet synchronous servo motors. These products achieve significant improvements in dynamic response, positioning accuracy, integration, and energy efficiency, making them suitable for high-end manufacturing scenarios such as 3C precision assembly and new energy precision machining, while aligning with South China's power environment and green production trends.

The exhibition also featured small PLCs, slim PLCs, TS series touchscreens, general-purpose servos, and VH6 and VH1 series inverters, among other products. These have long served South China's lightweight transformation and general automation scenarios.
In the realm of digital and intelligent frontier technologies, Xinje demonstrated the Factory Steam digital twin scenario solution, which builds a virtual-real linked digital factory model for real-time monitoring, simulation verification, and optimization of production line status. Additionally, the XDPPRO AI-assisted programming technology was showcased, aiming to optimize development processes through AI, lower programming barriers, and improve debugging efficiency.

Addressing the characteristics of fast turnover, diverse categories, and high labor costs in South China's warehousing and logistics sector, Xinje introduced an integrated warehousing and logistics solution. This solution uses EtherCAT/CANopen bus control to achieve multi-axis synchronization with positioning accuracy of ±1mm, featuring flexible start-stop, safety protection, fault self-diagnosis, and wireless scheduling functions. It is suitable for equipment such as stackers, bin robots, elevators, and four-way shuttles.

To address pain points in South China's electronics smart manufacturing sector—such as small batch sizes, poor manual screw fastening accuracy, and unstable yield rates—the exhibition showcased a precision fastening automation solution. This solution achieves torque repeatability accuracy of ±3% in the control loop, with detection functions for loose screws, stripped threads, and end-stage speed. It enables real-time collection of angle, torque, and peak torque, supporting curve collection, MES integration, and full-process data traceability. It is primarily applied in automatic screwdriving machines, inline fastening equipment, and assembly station fastening devices.

Targeting the stringent precision requirements, difficulty in controlling mass production consistency, and high quality traceability demands of the new energy industry, Xinje presented a precision servo press-fitting solution. This solution offers positioning accuracy of 0.01mm and pressure accuracy of 5‰FS, supporting 64-step free programming. It can achieve pressure buildup from 0 to 1000kgf within 1 second, with 5kHz high-frequency sampling for real-time curves, calibration, and full-process traceability. It is widely used in new energy press-fitting machines, component assembly presses, and inspection press-fit equipment.

To address issues in the packaging and printing industry—such as mixed orders, high downtime losses, and difficulty stabilizing high-speed registration accuracy—Xinje introduced an overall printing industry solution. In this solution, narrow-web flexographic printing speed can reach 180m/min with registration accuracy of ±0.05mm; intermittent flexographic printing speed is 300 cycles/min with registration accuracy of ±0.05mm, and secondary registration accuracy of ±0.1mm. The solution features pre-registration at startup, automatic registration, and real-time compensation, supporting integrated printing, cold foil stamping, lamination, and die-cutting. It is suitable for flexographic printers, laminators, die-cutters, and cold foil stamping machines, and supports equipment networking, remote maintenance, and process optimization.
