Fujian Wugang Group of China holds 76.51% stake in Yixin Steel

en.Wedoany.com Reported - According to information recently released by China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, Fujian Yixin Steel Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in shareholders, with the major shareholder shifting from Liu Canying to Fujian Wugang Group Co., Ltd. In this change, 16 original shareholders withdrew, and Fujian Wugang Group Co., Ltd. newly acquired a 76.5131% stake. Before the change, Liu Canying held a 20.6939% stake.

Fujian Yixin Steel Co., Ltd. was established on July 9, 2003, with legal representative Liu Dengke and a registered capital of 261.72 million RMB. It is located in Baishui Reclamation Area, Luoyuan Bay Development Zone, Luoyuan County, Fuzhou City, and is primarily engaged in steel smelting, steel rolling and processing, production and sales of metal materials, production and sales of construction steel bars, and ferroalloy smelting. On February 13, 2026, the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice classifying two 450m³ blast furnaces and two 45t converters of Fujian Yixin Steel as restricted equipment.

Fujian Wugang Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010, with total assets of 7.6 billion RMB. It oversees Wuhang Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. and is one of the top 100 key enterprises in Fujian Province. Both Wugang Group and Yixin Steel are affiliated with the Changle-based steel enterprises. With the completion of this equity change, Wugang Group has successfully obtained controlling interest in Yixin Steel, marking the formal completion of Yixin Steel's equity structure adjustment.
