The company's existing project has an actual output of 240,000 tons/year of corrugated paper and 95,000 tons/year of linerboard. Approved and constructed equipment includes one 4200-type paper machine, two 4600-type paper machines, one 90 t/h coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler, one 35 t/h coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler, one 6 MW extraction condensing steam turbine unit, one set of pulping equipment, and one pulp waste residue cleaning line. Approved but under-construction equipment includes one 130 t/h gas-fired boiler and one 20 MW back-pressure steam turbine generator unit. Other unconstructed equipment includes one 75 t/h incinerator (600 t/d), one 4200-type paper machine, and one 35 t/h coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler.

This renovation is to meet the development needs of the enterprise. It is planned to be carried out within the original plant site without adding new land, with a total new investment of 10 million yuan.

The originally approved papermaking capacity of the project was 295,000 tons/year of corrugated paper and 95,000 tons/year of linerboard. The renovation plans to cancel the originally approved production of 95,000 tons/year of linerboard and switch to producing corrugated paper. After the renovation, the corrugated paper production capacity will be 390,000 tons/year, while the total papermaking capacity remains unchanged.

To adapt to the product adjustment, the project plans to cancel one approved and constructed 4600-type paper machine and one approved but unconstructed 4200-type paper machine, while adding one 5400-type fourdrinier paper machine. After the renovation, the project will have one 4200-type fourdrinier paper machine, one 4600-type fourdrinier paper machine, and one 5400-type fourdrinier paper machine.

The newly added 5400-type fourdrinier paper machine has higher design speed and output, which helps reduce production operating costs. This paper machine can also impart better strength and formation to the paper sheet, and better retain fiber length to enhance inter-fiber friction, thereby improving paper properties such as tear resistance and burst strength.
