The equipment is equipped with a high-precision laser scanning modeling system, enabling autonomous scanning and mapping of the site space, automatically planning the optimal spraying route, with positioning errors controlled within ±2-5 micrometers.

Wugang Greentown is an engineering construction and green city service enterprise under Wugang Group. The basement where this application took place has an overall floor height of 4 meters, making the top paint spraying process a critical, difficult, and high-risk operation on site. Previously, workers had to set up mobile scaffolding for high-altitude work, posing a risk of falls from height, while paint fumes in the enclosed space also endangered workers' health.

This intelligent spraying robot underwent iterative upgrades with the participation of Wugang Greentown. The robotic arm and spray gun output flow rate are intelligently linked, maintaining a stable coating thickness within the 1-2 millimeter range. Coating uniformity has improved by over 40% compared to manual operations, and common quality issues in the industry, such as sagging, missed spraying, and uneven coating thickness, have been thoroughly addressed. A single robot can complete 1,600 square meters of spraying work per day, achieving an overall operational efficiency more than six times that of manual labor. Relying on the built-in intelligent flow adjustment system, the equipment can match the paint output in real time based on the spraying area, reducing material waste by nearly 22%.
