The project's investment estimate is about 3.834 billion yuan, and the construction and installation engineering cost for this tender is approximately 2.3 billion yuan.

Phase I of the Fuhai Avenue Expressway Project is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It starts from the East Extension of Huancheng South Road in the north and ends north of Han Tian Line in the south, with a total road length of approximately 6.5 kilometers. The road is classified as an urban expressway and adopts a construction form of "mainline expressway + locally configured arterial road auxiliary lanes." The mainline bridge section is about 3.9 kilometers long, and the tunnel section is about 2.6 kilometers long. The entire line is equipped with one interchange and four pairs of entrance and exit ramps.

The proposed winning bidders and their bid prices for the five construction sections are as follows: Construction Section I (length 1.23 km) was won by Ningbo Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 482 million yuan; Construction Section II (length 1.84 km) was won by Hongrun Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 458 million yuan; Construction Section III (length 1.36 km) was won by the consortium of Ningbo Residential Construction Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway Tenth Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 387 million yuan; Construction Section IV (length 1.39 km) was won by the consortium of Haida Construction Group Co., Ltd. and China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 374 million yuan; Construction Section V (length 1.62 km) was won by Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 377 million yuan.
