en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Ministry of Industry, Ecological Transition and Digital Business of Spain has submitted the PSFV Autoconsumo Graftech self-consumption photovoltaic power station project, proposed by Graftech Ibérica, a US-based manufacturer of graphite electrodes, for public information disclosure. The project plans to build a new 8,100 kW non-export self-consumption photovoltaic plant in the municipality of Cendea de Cizur, Navarre.

The power station will be located on an agricultural plot near the Graftech industrial complex, with a total area of 109,951 square meters, of which 99,900 square meters will be fenced. The facility components cover 34,421 square meters, including photovoltaic modules, mounting structures, inverters, and a transformer center. The station will be built on rain-fed cropland and pasture, consisting of 14,222 bifacial monocrystalline silicon modules, each with a power rating of 665 Wp, model Stellar 1N+66 AIKO‑A‑GRH66Dw from Chinese manufacturer Aiko or equivalent. The modules will be installed on fixed dual-pillar mounting structures with a tilt angle of 25 degrees, facing due south, arranged in two vertical rows, using the Muniellos or similar mounting system from Asturias-based manufacturer Alusin Solar.
The electrical design includes 547 module strings, each with 26 modules, and 27 SUN2000‑330KTL‑H1 string inverters from Huawei or equivalent, with a total nominal power of 8.1 MW. Power will be delivered through two PFU-4 transformer centers with capacities of 4,500 kVA and 3,600 kVA, respectively, with a transformation ratio of 0.8/20 kV Dyn11. The connection will use a 20 kV underground line with a length of 2,475 meters, equipped with dual Al HEPRZ1 18/30 kV 240 mm² conductors. The system will be directly integrated into the user's internal grid and operate in a non-export self-consumption mode through an anti-backflow kit.
The company estimates an annual power generation of 13,413 MWh, with a specific yield of 1,418 kWh/kWp and a performance ratio of 85.68%. The project will be integrated with the 1,466 kW station built by Acciona Energía in February, which generates approximately 2 GWh annually, bringing the total self-consumption power of both phases to 9,566 kW. Additionally, the design allows for photovoltaic power generation to be compatible with arable farming and grazing.
