Through this collaboration, customers can deploy the Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA solution within Equinix's global data center network—a pre-configured architecture designed to simplify and accelerate the construction and launch of large-scale AI infrastructure.

This move primarily responds to market demand for secure and efficient AI environments. Equinix will provide customers and partners with validated deployment models to reduce implementation complexity and shorten preparation time.

Additionally, Equinix has created the Programmable AI Technology Hub (P.A.T.H.) lab in collaboration with Presidio, a global technology and solutions provider. This lab will be hosted within Equinix data centers, allowing organizations to test, validate, and optimize AI architectures under real-world conditions before large-scale deployment.

Gordon Mackintosh, Senior Vice President of Equinix's Global Partner Network, stated that enterprise AI success depends on appropriate physical infrastructure. With Cisco, NVIDIA, and Presidio, Equinix provides the infrastructure required for AI workloads, as well as an environment where customers can experience AI before scaling, moving it from pilot to production.

With the Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA solution integrated into Equinix's global infrastructure, resources such as high-performance connectivity, power capacity, and advanced cooling systems are available. The deployment is based on reference designs developed by NVIDIA and promoted through commonly used enterprise channels and platforms.

The P.A.T.H. lab serves as an operational space for enterprises to experiment with different AI implementation approaches.
