en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 26, the U.S. artificial intelligence company Anthropic submitted its initial public offering registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, disclosing long-term infrastructure agreements signed with Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and multiple chip and compute service companies. Among these, the minimum payment commitments to the three major cloud computing service providers total approximately $269.4 billion, with the related cooperation involving GPUs, TPUs, and cloud computing resources, and some contracts extending to 2036.

According to the prospectus, Anthropic will pay Google at least $114.5 billion between April 2026 and July 2033, pay Amazon at least $110 billion between May 2026 and April 2036, and pay Microsoft at least $44.9 billion between November 2026 and May 2033. The three agreements carry minimum payment obligations, and except under specific circumstances stipulated in the contracts, Anthropic must still pay the corresponding fees even if it actually uses less computing resources than the committed amounts.

In addition to major cloud computing platforms, Anthropic also procures GPU resources through independent compute service providers. The company signed a computing resource agreement worth up to $120.5 billion with SpaceX.AI, a subsidiary of SpaceX, and plans to complete the related procurement by 2029, with the agreed capacity expected to be fully delivered by December 2026, at which point monthly spending will be approximately $3.1 billion. The agreement includes early termination arrangements under specific conditions. The GPU service agreement signed with Nscale has a maximum value of approximately $44.6 billion, with the service term extending to 2033; the agreement signed with Lambda involves approximately $41.3 billion, with the term extending to 2034. The latter two cooperations incur corresponding fees based on the compute delivery and acceptance conditions stipulated in the contracts.

Chip and equipment supply agreements constitute another portion of long-term expenditures. Anthropic signed a five-year equipment lease contract with Broadcom, with total rent of approximately $161.2 billion, excluding interest, and the related equipment is used to provide computing resources based on Google TPUs. Some capacity has already been put into use in 2026, with more capacity planned to come online starting in 2027. The company also signed a hardware supply agreement with AMD, planning to obtain the first batch of compute in 2027, and if all committed capacity is procured, estimated spending will exceed $20 billion.

Future compute expansion plans also include the procurement of additional TPU resources between 2028 and 2031, with estimated payments of approximately $125 billion to $150 billion. This amount depends on subsequent capacity delivery, deployment methods, and specific contractual arrangements, and is accounted for separately from the cloud computing procurement agreements that have already formed minimum payment obligations.
