The facade incorporates landscaped planters and terraces, maximizing natural light for residents. The 36-storey tower offers diverse living options, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, maisonettes, and a penthouse.

Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a fitness center, an infinity pool complex, BBQ and dining spaces, a yoga area, children’s play zones, and outdoor co-working spaces for remote professionals. The Sky Terrace on the 32nd floor includes whirlpool baths, tanning areas, and elevated dining facilities, enhancing the luxury living experience.
