The focus of this cooperation goes beyond establishing business transactions between the two companies; it integrates robot bodies, manufacturing capabilities, application scenarios, and capital cooperation within a single framework. China's ASD, originally based on cookware, small home appliances, and industrial robots, has accumulated manufacturing experience through its subsidiary QJ Robot in areas such as industrial robot bodies, reducers, controllers, and automated production lines. Meanwhile, China Zhiyuan Robot focuses on embodied intelligent robot products, AI models, scenario solutions, and ecosystem development. According to the agreement, the two parties will, on one hand, form more direct business connections around procurement orders and product delivery, and on the other hand, collaborate on commissioned manufacturing of embodied intelligent robots and supply chain coordination.
