en.Wedoany.com Reported - Mexican data center and cloud service provider Bleeding Edge has launched an AI factory in Querétaro and brought its neocloud service online. The company claims this makes it the first operator in Mexico and Latin America to offer neocloud services based on Nvidia Blackwell technology.

This initiative aims to build an integrated platform that combines high-density physical infrastructure with accelerated computing services to address the challenge where the ability to run AI workloads has become a major industry bottleneck. The AI factory located in the Querétaro campus supports high-processing-demand applications such as AI model training and inference, and autonomous agents. The neocloud platform delivers these computing capabilities as a service to companies focused on artificial intelligence.

According to Bleeding Edge, the initial capacity of the platform has been fully subscribed by companies dedicated to developing AI solutions. CEO Natán Rosengaus stated that the real bottleneck for artificial intelligence is no longer software or models, but the availability of infrastructure and computing power, and the company's vision is to simultaneously build the AI factory (where infrastructure operates) and the neocloud (the channel for delivering capabilities).

Unlike traditional construction methods, Bleeding Edge adopts an industrialized and modular model to shorten deployment time. The AI factory is designed for high-power environments, utilizes liquid cooling technology, and is adaptable to future generations of AI infrastructure. The company emphasizes that the project was developed based on Nvidia's reference architecture for such facilities, aiming to provide advanced computing capabilities to enterprises, government agencies, universities, and research centers.

Co-founder and President Sergio Rosengaus noted that data centers were previously used primarily for storing information and running business applications, while the AI factory represents a new category of infrastructure—a digital factory where the raw materials are energy and accelerated computing, and the final product is intelligence. The neocloud platform integrates Nvidia Blackwell B300 systems, along with an internally developed software layer for automation, observability, monitoring, and resource management to optimize workload performance.

The project's business model achieves vertical integration. Bleeding Edge not only develops and operates the physical infrastructure hosting AI systems but also directly sells computing power through the neocloud platform, controlling the entire value chain from facility design to end-customer delivery. The company plans to introduce new Nvidia systems in the coming months and deploy infrastructure in other strategic markets to expand the capacity of the neocloud and AI factory.
