The new series features a compact, space-saving design and comes with high-capacity initial ink cartridges, aimed at reducing print interruptions and cartridge replacement frequency.

This series of multifunction printers integrates printing, copying, scanning, and faxing functions. The MAXIDRIVE technology delivers print speeds of up to 28 pages per minute in black and 26 pages per minute in color. The PerfectPrint automatic detection system ensures consistent output quality. In terms of business features, the new models support single-pass duplex copying and scanning (up to 50 pages), automatic duplex printing, and can handle paper up to 8.5 inches by 14 inches. A dedicated multipurpose tray is available for envelopes, labels, and special media. The page meter monitors ink levels and alerts users when ink is low.

Brother genuine ink is designed as part of a complete printing system. Each printer comes standard with high-yield, premium LC506 ink cartridges. The Brother Refresh service offers subscription plans based on the user's monthly usage, with replacement cartridges sent before the ink runs out. Refresh cartridges have a higher yield than standard cartridges to reduce replacement frequency. Users can achieve wireless connectivity and printer management through the Brother Mobile Connect app.

The MFC-J5010DW is aimed at home-based entrepreneurs and solo practitioners, featuring a 250-sheet paper tray, a 1-sheet manual feed slot, and a 50-sheet automatic duplex document feeder, with a 2.7-inch color touchscreen. Its dimensions are 17.1 inches by 17.3 inches by 10.7 inches, with a starting price of $279.99. The MFC-J5110DW targets growing small businesses and offices, featuring two paper trays with a total capacity of 500 sheets, a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, and a 50-sheet automatic document feeder with single-pass duplex copying and scanning, with a 4.3-inch color touchscreen. Its dimensions are 17.1 inches by 17.3 inches by 13.4 inches, with a starting price of $359.99.
