This visit is part of his participation in the LEAP East conference.

Al-Swaha met with Professor Sun Dong, Director of the Bureau of Innovation, Technology and Industry of Hong Kong, where both sides discussed prospects for cooperation in artificial intelligence, advanced technology, and the development of the technological innovation ecosystem. Al-Swaha also met with Cordelia Cheng, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), to exchange views on opportunities for collaboration in supporting startups and developing pathways for talent in promising technology fields. Additionally, Al-Swaha met with Dr. Xu Li, CEO and Executive Chairman of SenseTime, where they discussed advanced AI applications and deployment opportunities in key sectors to promote technological innovation and open up prospects for high-quality partnerships in the digital economy.
