China's JD Logistics Upgrades Five Services, Delivery and Installation Integration Covers Over 100 Product Categories

en.Wedoany.com Reported - JD Logistics announced on July 8 at the tenth JD Wine Tasting Event that it will upgrade five services: installation, repair, moving, collection, and robot after-sales service.

In the field of integrated delivery and installation services, JD Services has been continuously improving delivery timeliness since the beginning of this year, building a full lifecycle service loop from delivery and installation, repair, cleaning, to renovation. Currently, this service covers over 100 product categories, with plans to expand by an additional 150 categories this year.

In terms of robot after-sales service, JD has launched for the first time an after-sales solution covering all scenarios of robot repair, established multiple repair centers nationwide, and formed deep cooperation with the vast majority of leading robot companies. In June this year, JD Services launched the JoyRobocare robot repair service in Europe, setting up multiple repair centers that can provide "robot ambulance" door-to-door services, covering major cities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other countries, with plans to gradually expand to overseas markets such as the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.

In home repair services, JD Services launched a 30-minute home repair convenience service this year, allowing technicians to arrive at the doorstep within 30 minutes after placing an order, supporting 24/7 service, and promising "no charge if not repaired" and "double compensation for overcharging." This service first launched in Shenzhen, focusing on air conditioning repair and maintenance, and will later expand to all home appliance categories and multiple key cities and regions nationwide.

In moving services, JD's self-operated moving service has introduced three commitments: "zero moving effort, zero price increase, zero damage." Currently, the service scope will expand to cities such as Shanghai and Guangzhou.

In recycling services, in addition to popular categories like home appliances and furniture, it also covers over 200 categories including shoes and clothing, smart robots, and more.

Additionally, JD Services plans to train 100,000 engineers over the next five years to fully cover various services such as robot and smart home after-sales repair.
