en.Wedoany.com Reported - Luntai Airport in Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, officially commenced operations, with China Express Airlines flight G52637 landing smoothly, marking the end of Luntai County's history without civil air transport. The Luntai Supply Station of China Aviation Oil Xinjiang Company closely followed the theme deployment of "Seizing the Momentum for a New Start, Striving for Excellence," completing the first refueling support mission with high standards and achieving zero errors in operations.

Compliance in fuel supply is the primary prerequisite for support work. Under the guidance of higher authorities, the Luntai Supply Station continuously coordinated with regulatory departments, optimized application materials, and cooperated with on-site inspections, successfully obtaining five special licenses and certificates, thereby gathering all five qualifications for the entire chain of aviation fuel storage, transfer, and apron refueling.

License preparation and first-flight support were advanced simultaneously on two tracks. Before the airport's opening, the Korla Branch established a dedicated support team, implementing 24-hour leadership duty shifts. In accordance with civil aviation safety standards, and considering the C909 aircraft type, flight schedule, and apron layout, a customized refueling plan was developed, along with comprehensive emergency response protocols. The Luntai Supply Station strengthened the foundation for supply security from four aspects: personnel, equipment, fuel quality, and practical operations. It conducted specialized refueling training for the aircraft type, performed comprehensive maintenance on two refueling trucks, and established dedicated management records. All indicators were re-inspected, and full-process refueling drills were organized. Additionally, patrols of key areas in the depot were intensified to ensure the stable operation of security and fire-fighting facilities. Emergency supplies were fully stocked, and management systems such as safety self-inspections and personnel/vehicle registration were improved. Logistical support was simultaneously implemented to alleviate concerns of frontline staff.

During the support period, the Luntai Supply Station coordinated with the airport's air traffic control and the operating airline to establish information-sharing channels, providing real-time updates on flight schedules, gate assignments, and refueling time slots. The apron refueling team strictly implemented a dual-person duty model with "one primary, one backup," where the primary operator performed standardized tasks while the backup provided full-process monitoring, firmly safeguarding apron safety.

The Luntai Supply Station of China Aviation Oil Xinjiang Company will consolidate the experience gained from the inaugural flight support, closely adhere to the Group Company's "123456" work approach, implement the Aviation Oil Company's "1122" development strategy and Xinjiang Company's annual targets, maintain a strong sense of responsibility with a "constant concern" for safety production, and solidify safety responsibilities. It will practice the theme activity of "Seizing the Momentum for a New Start, Striving for Excellence" with a correct view of performance, contributing to China Aviation Oil's accelerated construction as a world-class aviation energy supplier.
