en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 10, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Company held the completion ceremony for its Suntory PepsiCo Tay Ninh factory in Huu Thanh Industrial Park, Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province. This factory represents the largest investment project by Suntory PepsiCo in Vietnam.

Covering an area of nearly 20 hectares with a total investment of over $300 million, this factory is the largest and most modern facility of Suntory PepsiCo in Vietnam, and also the largest in its Asian production network. With an annual design capacity of approximately 1.244 billion liters of products, it is equipped with highly automated production, filling, and warehousing lines, and integrates multiple sustainable solutions, including biomass energy, solar power, water-saving technologies, greenhouse gas emission reduction, and the production of recycled PET (rPET) packaging.
Le Van Khan, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, stated that this project is an important milestone in local industrial development, reflecting the confidence of world-leading groups in the investment environment of Tay Ninh Province and Vietnam as a whole. It helps promote technology transfer, supporting industries, and logistics development, while creating job opportunities and increasing fiscal revenue.
Josuke Kimura, Chairman and CEO of Suntory Beverage & Food Company, noted that this factory is a significant milestone in Suntory's long-term investment commitment in Vietnam, helping to enhance production capacity and innovation capabilities.
Eugene Willemsen, Executive Vice President of International Beverage Operations at PepsiCo, emphasized that Vietnam holds an important position in PepsiCo's development strategy, and this factory demonstrates the group's confidence in the long-term growth potential of the Vietnamese market.
According to Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Company, the project is expected to create approximately 3,000 jobs across the local supply chain, while continuing to drive supply chain localization, invest in technological innovation, and carry out projects in education, water conservation, environmental protection, and community development.
