en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 8, the 10th Anniversary Celebration of China Xintuo Group and the Production Launch Ceremony of the Fujian Qingshan Special Materials Stainless Steel Deep Processing Project were held in Zhouning County, Ningde City, Fujian Province. Leveraging the upstream integrated raw material supply advantages of Tsingshan Holding Group in stainless steel smelting and hot rolling, the project ensures the stability and chemical purity of raw materials for pipe production from the source. The workshop is equipped with autonomous rolling mills, enclosed intelligent pickling lines, high-temperature heat treatment furnaces, fully automatic polishing and straightening equipment, and other automation and precision inspection devices, implementing full-process digital and visual management from raw material warehousing to finished product outbound. Over 360 representatives from government departments, the steel industry association, research institutes, and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain attended the event.

Leaders including Xiang Guangda, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tsingshan Industry; Li Yan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Ningde Municipal Committee of the CPC and Executive Vice Mayor of the Ningde Municipal People's Government; Zhang Jimin, Chairman of Xintuo Group; Zhang Longqiang, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Iron and Steel Association and Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Metallurgical Industry Information and Standardization Research Institute; and Wang Qingjie, Executive President of the Stainless Steel Branch of the China Iron and Steel Association, attended the event.

At 13:16, the project officially commenced production. The project is expected to have an annual output value exceeding 2 billion yuan, a trade volume of 1.5 billion yuan, and create over 700 jobs.

Concurrently with the production launch, the Stainless Steel Industry Chain "Four Chains" Integration Work Promotion Conference and Qingshan Special Materials Gathering Momentum and Development Conference were held. Xintuo Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Metallurgical Industry Information and Standardization Research Institute; Fujian Qingshan Special Materials signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Ningde Branch of the Fujian Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Fujian University of Technology. The agreements cover areas such as standard research, quality inspection, and school-enterprise cooperation.

In his speech, Zhang Jimin stated that Qingshan Special Materials has built a high-end special materials intelligent manufacturing base in Zhouning, integrating R&D, intelligent production, and warehousing operations, focusing on high-end fields such as nuclear power and new energy to promote the domestic substitution of high-end stainless steel pipes. Wang Qingjie pointed out in his speech that 2026 marks the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan," and the stainless steel industry needs to focus on innovation-driven development, quality foundation, and global layout, deepen industry-university-research collaboration, digital quality control, and the "Belt and Road" international expansion, to enhance the global influence of China's stainless steel industry. Zhang Longqiang mentioned in his report that China has become a major steel power, with crude steel and stainless steel production and sales volumes consistently ranking first globally. Against the backdrop of a new round of fluctuations and adjustments in the global steel market, the structure of domestic steel demand in China is significantly diverging, and the industry is generally operating with thin profit margins. Policies are continuously tightening in terms of compliance access, green, and low-carbon requirements. Capacity reduction and transformation and upgrading are the only paths for high-quality development of the industry. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, stainless steel enterprises should adapt to the trends of high-end, intelligent, green, and integrated transformation. Domestically, they should focus on building industrial chains such as stainless steel deep processing in emerging fields. Internationally, they need to thoroughly study the markets, policies, and country-specific risks of investment regions, steadily expand the layout of the entire industrial chain and supply chain, and drive the export of Chinese stainless steel products, technology, and standards.

Zhao Xiaobin, Deputy General Manager of Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., stated that Donghua Technology and Xintuo Group have established a long-term strategic cooperation since 2025, and the cooperation space between the two sides will be further expanded after the commissioning of Qingshan Special Materials' new intelligent base. Mudassar Pak, Department Director of PME Energy Group in the UAE, stated that PME will leverage local market resources and channel advantages to promote the entry of domestic high-end stainless steel pipes into the Middle East energy market. Cai Yongqiang, Executive Deputy General Manager of Fujian Qingshan Special Materials, introduced that the project covers an area of over 330 mu and is dedicated to building an intelligent steel pipe production base. Lei Chunxiong, Secretary of the Zhouning County Committee of the CPC, stated that the local government will continue to optimize the business environment and provide service guarantees. Chen Xi, Deputy President of the Ningde Branch of China Construction Bank, stated that the Ningde Branch of CCB will provide comprehensive financial service support around the development needs of the stainless steel industry chain. Sun Yongquan, Deputy County Mayor of Zhouning County, gave an investment promotion presentation covering the industrial foundation, park construction, and business environment.

In a keynote report, Cao Xinming, Chief Engineer of Fujian Qingshan Special Materials, introduced the company's practical achievements in product R&D, quality improvement, and brand building. Jiang Laizhu, President of the Qingshan Group Research Institute, gave a special report on the advantages of stainless steel raw materials, analyzing the synergy advantages of the industrial chain resources and future development prospects.

After the stainless steel deep processing project commences production, it will help extend, supplement, and strengthen the Ningde stainless steel industry chain, promote Zhouning County's goal of building the country's largest stainless steel pipe production base, deepen the "four chains" integration practice of the Ningde stainless steel industry chain, and inject new momentum into the optimization, upgrading, and high-quality development of the regional industrial structure.
