Both parties set "full series coverage" as the goal for CR certification, meaning that the Huayan Robotics product series will undergo national-level technical inspections across dimensions such as safety, reliability, and intelligence.
China Robot Certification (CR Certification), launched in 2016 by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, along with the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is the only voluntary high-end certification driven by the state worldwide. At this certification ceremony, all 13 collaborative robots from Huayan's Elfin and Elfin-Pro series passed mandatory compliance testing. These products are equipped with self-developed high-precision force control algorithms and servo control systems, featuring capabilities such as flexible collision detection, high-precision repeat positioning, and long-term stable operation, enabling complex tasks like human-machine collaborative assembly, grinding, and material handling. Among them, the E05 model achieved the highest L5 reliability level, with an MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) exceeding 100,000 hours and a lifespan exceeding 60,000 hours.
In terms of quality management, Huayan Robotics has established a guarantee system spanning both product and management dimensions. On the management side, the company has passed ISO 9001 quality system certification and has set up full-process positions including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), Quality Management (QM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE). It is also equipped with high-precision coordinate measuring machines (accuracy 1-2μm), salt spray laboratories, constant temperature and humidity test workshops, and other testing equipment. In 2022, the company received an explosion-proof certificate from the national authoritative body (NEPSI), enabling use in explosive environments and combustible dust work scenarios. In September 2025, SGS awarded Huayan Robotics the CE-MD Machinery Directive Certification, CE-MDR Medical Device Regulation Certification, CE-EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification, North American Certification, and Functional Safety (ISO 13849) Certification.
