The vehicle will be available in both plug-in hybrid and pure electric versions, with fast charging as a standard feature. Positioned above the Qin L, the new model boasts a wheelbase of 2820 mm.

In terms of exterior design, the Qin MAX adopts a family-style design language, featuring a closed grille paired with sharp, upward-sweeping headlights. The three-section air intakes on the sides add a sporty touch. The vehicle's dimensions are 4866 mm in length, 1880 mm in width, and 1495 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2820 mm.


The side profile features semi-hidden door handles and multi-spoke wheels, while the rear taillights incorporate ribbon-like luminous textures, giving the overall design a refined look.


As for powertrain, the plug-in hybrid version is equipped with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor, delivering a maximum engine power of 74 kW and a maximum motor power of 175 kW, paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack. The pure electric version features a single motor, available in two power variants: 120 kW and 240 kW, corresponding to battery capacities of 52.868 kWh and 64.315 kWh, with CLTC ranges of 530 km and 630 km, respectively. In terms of charging, the Qin MAX is equipped with BYD's second-generation blade battery and fast-charging technology. Based on real-world test data from existing fast-charging models, the vehicle can charge from 10% to 70% in 5 minutes, and from 10% to 97% in 9 minutes. In an environment of minus 30 degrees Celsius, the charging time increases by only 3 minutes.
